Secondly, TGSA believes that having access to information, individuals can become empowered to changing their environment and learn how they can save our planet.
TGSA's vision is to ensure that our students have access to the most current information on eco friendly practices.
TGSA also works very closely with various colleges and universities who are developing the latest technologies and practical applications for recycling, the manufacturing of goods and services which allows TGSA to provide training and education to individuals to compete in the green economy job market.
Kelle’ McMahon, President and CEO of The Green Science Academy has over 25 years of experience in the construction and engineering fields. She has completed over $200 million dollars in projects over the past ten years under her immediate direction and oversight. She has skills and detailed knowledge in projects that focus on schools, housings, transportation and local county infrastructure programs with various municipal agencies. She has extensive experience in trade skills development and green business practices for the construction industry. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering from the University of the District of Columbia and her Master of Science in Civil Engineering from UC Berkeley.
